Sap and Flash and Other Things

Hi,
I am interested in how others implement SAP Variant Configuration. What I mean by this is my current project has a very large VC component that in terms of the implementation requires more time than the project itself. Now I have worked on many SAP implementations but more often in SD or PP and not often with VC.

But on a large VC implementation it does not fit the traditional implementation approach. Most consulting companies like to get all the requirements upfront, document the solution, Build, Test, etc etc.

But in VC it is more iterative. You tend to do loops. Anyway I was recently talking with a Game Developer, and he talked about the Agile and Scrum methodology. I did some research on this and it looks like a better model to use. I found this site a good introduction.

Anyone got any comments. I am really interested to get feedback on this.
